Engineer Returns From The Pre-Construction Conference

  1. File the office conformed copy in our office files.
  2. Set up the estimate ( draft) on excel.
  3. Set up a project book.
    • It should be filed alphabetically in the divided tray on top of the countertop in the copy room. When we do the green column sheet that goes on the inside front of the flap, fill in the Contract Amount. Put a "sticky"on the front of the green column sheet that tells how many copies of the estimate we will need.

    • We don't always send to Attorney and Clerk, it depends on the client.
  4. Send back the Bid Bond and Bid Tabulations to the awarded contractor Make sure that all Bid Bonds have been returned to all bidders. Also, make sure that any bidder due a refund has been sent his refund.
